This is me
Hi, I’m Jolanta Wieclawska, founder of Beyond Borders Coaching. A person-centred life coaching practice that helps you move beyond fear, limitations, and borders both internal and external.
My journey has taken me through life in five countries—Poland, Belgium, the UK, Sweden, and the Netherlands and travels to over 50 more. Each experience shaped how I see the world and how I coach, bringing cultural sensitivity and deep empathy into every session.
I offer coaching in English, French, and Polish, and I’m currently pursuing accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) reflecting my commitment to excellence and ethical practice.
With over 20 years in international business, I understand the challenges of transition, pressure, and identity especially in multicultural environments. Now, as a coach, I help people realign with what truly matters and build lives that feel authentic, balanced, and meaningful.
Sessions are available online or in person, in a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
